Enforcement of Court Orders

You’ve already gone through the entire Texas family court process. The court handed down court orders relating to child custody, visitation, co-parenting plans, and/or child support. Despite this, these orders are not being followed and it’s causing further issues between you and your ex. What now?

The court issued a resolution for a reason, and each side of that resolution has a responsibility to fulfill those obligations. Enforcement is an important part of what I do because a failure to fulfill court orders can create much greater problems than you started with.
